Return Policy

1. Return Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your eligible products within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must be in "like-new" condition.

Packaging: Returns without all the original packaging and components will be subject to refusal and returned to the sender.

Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Closeout".
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at malidogan@lumingleusa.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the correct return shipping address. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our office address without prior authorization.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a prepaid label is provided).

Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Restocking Fee: Please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee if the item is opened, used, or missing parts (e.g., 10-20% depending on condition), at our sole discretion.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at malidogan@lumingleusa.com immediately with photos of the damage.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
